What is your character's name, level, class? Lillewilly 85 Mage

What is your character's build? I'm Fire for the most dps, i took 3/3 in Arcane Concentration cause fire mages loose their mana pretty quick if you keep spamming fireball, also took the 3/3 spellhaste bonus cause its pretty good for mages, but i only got the 2/3 in Piercing Ice talent. My frost talent is build to simular fights such as Magmaw, and maybe omnotron defense system when it comes to freezing adds and all that.

Why did you choose that build? I chose it cause it's the one i do the best dps with and it's helpful to raid in lots of ways.

Are you willing to respec if you are asked to by an officer or a class leader, in order to be more helpful to the raid? Yes.

What are your professions and why did you choose them? Inscription & Herb - Inscription for Trinket & Shoulder enchant & herb for the bonus haste.

Character information (part 2 – past):
Name the previous guilds you were in and why you are leaving them/guildless I was currently in Flawless, but Spoken & Exblithion kinda left it cause we had people that couldn't focus and didn't do their boss so we didn't get past Maloriak in BWD - Same goes for BOT, couldn't get first one down. But i left after Spoken and Exblithion joined Spire in hope for joining with them. I also got a promotion from Raider - Raid leader in Flawless within a week.

Were you kicked out of any guilds, and if so, for what reason(s)? Nope.

Please give a description of what rotation you use within a raid on boss encounters. First i start with Living bomb, and flame orb, until i get Pyroblast, and when Ignite is up, i pop my cooldowns for the most damage + Combustion so that it deals atleast 2x more damage cause i got my cds at the same time.

What, if any, raiding experience do you have (including vanilla, TBC and WOTLK)? Played since TBC - got progression at Zul aman then only, lols. WOTLK Cleared all but 25 man hc icc.

We raid a 3 night schedule of Wed / Thur / Tue - 3.30 / 3.30 / 3.30, can you maintain 95% attendance? yes atleast 95% but since i go to school i might not be able to stay for 23:00 maybe 22:30.

We allow the odd DC, internet trouble, but we don’t want this happening every single time you turn up to a raid, is your connection stable? Yes it's fine.

Are you familiar with using ventrilo? Yes, been using it since i was 10.

Do you have a mic and will speak on ventrilo? Yes, i have a mic and i speak on ventrilo if i have to.

Do you know anyone currently in Spire? Exblithion and Spoken

Are you willing to keep your gear upgraded with the best gems and enchants available? Yes of course.

Are you ready to wipe in order to manage through teamwork to down some of the most difficult encounters in the game? Yes aslong as there is progression.

On progression raids we reserve our right to pick the best team until its on farm, do you agree to sit out if asked by the guild leader? I don't mind

Why did you choose to apply to Spire? Cause my old Guildleader and officer left the old guild so i thought i'd join with them.

What are you looking to achieve within a guild? Progression and mature people.

What are you NOT looking for within a guild? People that can't focus during raids, that are only fucking around and not getting ANY progression.

Hello and thank you for application, we raid 19.30 - 23.00 if you have to leave at 22.30 every night, that late on we can not replace you with anyone in the guild for the last 30 mins, this causes problem's so i need to know if you can or can not make the times?
