Name the previous guilds you were in and why you are leaving them/guildless:I was in the Illuminate for about 6 months and the guild master was transfered his character on other server and guild get disbanded

Frist i put:Hunter's mark-Thet increase my bonus damage-->i put dots like Serpet sting-->i use my dc's Blood fury(for mory attack power)Rapid fire(for attack speed),
Skardyn's grace(trinket for mastery),i nuking with steady shoot-->Chimera shoot-->Aimed shoot with many focus and when it's boss on 20%-i use Kill shoot

some suggestions

You say you have the best gems and enchant on your gear -
actually your gear is barely enchanted and I don't believe you are properly gemmed. You have got the wrong meta gem for a start.

I believe you are about 2% under hit cap atm and your profesions are not leveled/ suited for the current raiding performance we require.
You would have to change mining for a dps bonus profession asnd level both profesions till you get the cataclysm buffs.

Also you wolf is speced wrong i believe it can be speced for a much better dps output both for it and yourself

Thx for helping me i hited the hit cap now i am doing more damage and dps also i changed a minning an i started lvling up Engineering and Jc wich improve me many ench on many items and jc to make my own gems and epic ones for me(67agi..)and i replaced the meta gem ones and i puted new gems wich give me socket bonus,i respeced my pet (wolf)
